1. Acceptable use

This application is provided for authorised staff and contractors of Airsense Mechanical Services Ltd. You agree to use it only for legitimate work-related purposes, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data belonging to other users or customers.

2. Accuracy of data

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you create (jobs, timesheets, snags, commissioning packs). Falsified entries may constitute gross misconduct.

3. Photos and signatures

You will only upload photos relevant to your work. Do not upload photos of identifiable third parties without their consent. Customer signatures must be captured in their presence.

4. Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Airsense Mechanical Services Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or leave the company. On termination, retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
